Yoga Stop. Why the name?

We need to Stop to be able to connect with ourselves, to who we really are or want to become. We need to stop to feel the sensation of the breath in our bodies, stop to notice the beauty that surrounds us. To stop for at least a minute to be able to see things clearer, as with clarity we can make the right choices.

We need to stop to connect to our uniqueness and with our purpose in life, we need to stop to give our loved ones the time they deserve. Our modern lives are lived in a way where we never stop. We are either in the future, planning and projecting, or in the past, re-living things in our thoughts. However, we are hardly ever in the now, so stopping is crucial to shaping our lives into what we want them to become.

Traditional Yoga

I change the style of class each week, the goal of this class is to connect with yourself, check in where you are physically and mentally, I will guide you to find answers inside rather than outside as you learn to listen and trust your intuitive soul.

I also work with mindful intentions that will help you shape your lives in the direction you wish, as you connect more with your hearts deepest desires.

In my classes, you will build strength, increase flexibility and work with your breath.

Aerial Yoga

Experience yoga in a whole new way. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, aerial yoga is an experience all on its own.

Working with gravity allows you to relax and realign the body, centre the mind and lift the spirit in a very safe, caring environment.

This is authentic yoga with the support of a soft, aerial hammock. Aerial yoga will decompress and lengthen the spine, and open the hips and chest in a much deeper way.

All levels of experience welcome.

Yoga one on one

These types of sessions allow you to fit the classes with your schedule. I work one-on-one with anyone looking for a personalized yoga experience in an intimate and safe setting. I work from Pranabar in Parnell or can come to your residence in the greater Auckland area.

Why do Corporate Yoga?

Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day. The practice, which gives employees a much-needed break from hunching over computer screens, also improves blood flow to the brain, sharpening mental focus.
With mobil yoga we guarantee that each and every yoga class with one of our certified teachers will leave you and your co-workers refreshed, re-energized and ready to deal with workplace stress.

Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.

We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.

We offer 3 different styles of yoga however if you opt to have more than a class a week we can mix and match.


A highly energized and fast-paced flow of yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is challenging and invigorating, and will strengthen every muscle in your body as you work up a sweat, vigorously heat the body, and move quickly through each posture. All participants should be somewhat physically fit before beginning this class.


This style of yoga is more passive than most and uses gravity to allow students to descend more deeply into their practice. Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, such as ligaments, bones and joints, more so than in a more active style of yoga. Poses are held anywhere from 1-20 minutes. While this may not initially be seen as a challenging type of yoga, participants usually report that it is much more difficult than they anticipated.

Please Note: Yin Yoga requires the use of props. Students will need to bring a thick folded blanket to class with them.

Yoga Traditional

Yoga traditional is a combination of asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques and meditation. Participants will become stronger, more flexible and will feel relaxed at the end of each class. Level can range from very beginner to advanced; most of our classes are All Levels and can accommodate a broad range of levels and abilities.

What do you need?

A quiet, comfortable space large enough to use (boardroom, lunchroom, spare office, gymnasium, etc.) Each person will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Instructor will have spare mats for those that don’t have their own.

How do companies pay for Mobil yoga?

1. A group of employees commit to a package and split the cost among themselves.

2. The business subsidizes a portion of the package and the employees participating split the remaining

3. The business pays for the entire package as a benefit for their employees.
